SARS
Sean Lovelace
Back in 1998 when Lojak was birthing Nextus Records, Sars was a young, underexposed shell of his current experimental, eclectic, everything goes beat composing. Sars' musician is working on stretching his abilities and in turn stretching your perception of music in general.
Self described and self-taught laptop musician, he appreciates the groove and beat of hip-hop oriented music. Sars throws his own personal experiences into the sound with influences ranging from Boards of Canada to Bola, DJ Shadow and all the way to the comedy of Bill Hicks.
Aside from his solo compositions (which are many), Sars has also been seen collaborating with many inside and outside the Nextus crew.
